He acted with a true pastoral heart, ensuring that the Church would continue to evangelize effectively in a changing world. Yet today, the Church stands in great need of re-evangelization with the full truth of the Catholic faith. Both the hierarchy and the movements within the Church must once again kneel before the Eucharistic Lord, spend time in adoration and meditation, and seek the light of the Holy Spirit. Only then will they proclaim the Word of God with divine wisdom and fidelity. The crisis of our time is not a lack of resources or documents—the Church has already provided everything necessary for authentic evangelization—but rather a lack of interior knowledge and love for the Church herself. Therefore, I urge bishops and priests to allow the faithful to rediscover the Church in her true depth, to study her teachings, and to live her faith with renewed zeal and reverence.
