@SamsungUS bought Samsung Bespoke side by side Refrigerator 28 cu ft and it is already needing evaporator coil. It has been non operational for 2 weeks now and another 2 more weeks while they order the part. We did get the extended warranty but no one at Samsung ever answers.

@BestBuy I’m also a proud U.S. veteran. Being spoken to that way—especially in a public setting—was incredibly upsetting. As someone who lives with PTSD, I expect to be treated with basic dignity and respect, just like every other customer.

@BestBuy an employee yelledan employee loudly yelled, “YOU’RE GOING TO ABANDON YOUR TV?!” It was humiliating and completely unnecessary. I left the store, called Best Buy again, and reached someone in Tech Support. Their response couldn’t have been more different.
