@RumseyLeslie @Lokape1 @budpar3 @wendyp4545 @Jeannieros1965 It is expensive (I pay about $195 pcm for 2 cats), but IMO, worth it. It's paid for itself several years over for one of my cats. The important things are to get lifetime insurance so they can't start sticking exclusions on the policy every renewal, & to get it early.

You also have to do it when they are puppies or they won’t cover an older dog. I should have done it even just for my puppy after we got her.

You aren't even going to believe this!!! I just called the Vet to get prices on how much it will cost for me to get my animals fixed. Male dog large: $335 Female: $360 Male Cat: $210 Female: $250 Unfreaking believable!

@lane_bryanalane @Geniustechw If they’re your children they will be at different learning ages but at the same time the expression ’monkey see, monkey do’ rings true here. Older siblings will try to teach the younger ones what they have been taught. Car seats are completely different.

@LegendaryAllen @Geniustechw Yeah - if one of them gets killed or abducted, the rest will learn real quick. In the meantime, with 1 adult in charge of 5 kids that young, especially in busy areas, leads like that are probably the best way of keeping them all simultaneously under supervision & safe.

@Meticulously801 @maddenifico It's not about protecting women per se, it's about refusing to perpetuate any abusive structure: whether it's against women, those with disabilities, people of color, gay people, etc. I tackled my own dad over his former racism; but most men will go along with anything to fit in.

Rigged elections, huh? When President Biden won, President Trump questioned whether the election had been fraudulent. So now the claim is that Republicans are the ones who would commit election fraud? I’m not necessarily defending President Trump, but I don’t see him as someone who would orchestrate a rigged election.

@allenanalysis Nov '24 was the last election that mattered. Despite all warnings, some on the L decided it was the right time for protest voting: giving Trump his office, & creating a worse situation than the one they'd protested against. Americans failed to put their own oxygen masks on first.

@XKerry_CX Thanks for understanding. The lesson was well & truly learned. My cats get a very small amount of 90% meat dried food maybe once every 3 months just to make sure they'll eat it in the event of an emergency. Aside from that, the only carbs they ever get is from an occasional Churu

@XKerry_CX 4) had cats since childhood. Thought I 'knew' how best to feed them. It wasn't until after that cat was put to sleep that I finally discovered how little I'd known the whole time, & that most of the illnesses our/my cats had suffered over the years were due to malnutrition. 😓

@AskAManager 3) rather have dealt with gum issues, than daily insulin injections, weekly blood sugar tests & ultimate death. If you care at all about your cat, you'll consult a feline nutritionist instead of a vet &avoid dry food. Instead of sacrificing their health for personal convenience,
