As much as they may try coaches cannot be everything to everybody. Decisions must be made for the good of team. Nothing wrong as a plyer to talk to your coach & express what may/may not be working for you but know some level of sacrifice must be made by all for the good of team.

There’s a difference between being happy and being distracted from sadness

Dear AAU/Club Parents - It’s OK to #support and root for your child. By all means be their biggest #fan. But it’s not okay to do so while being demeaning or just flat out ugly towards other young ladies. We got to do better as adults. We are supposed to be the example…SMH.

Things players don’t think we pay attention to at AAU tournaments: 1. Body language 2. Verbal language(on/off court) 3. How you respond to your coach 4. How you treat your teammates 5. How your parents act on the sidelines. We 👀 and 👂🏽EVERYTHING!!!
