This is the same woman who was arrested the other day after conning Kenyans of over KSh 11 million by promising to send them abroad. One lady alone was scammed of over KSh 700,000, which she was told would be used to take her to the USA.The cases were taken to Kasarani Police Station, but it appears the OCS there knows this woman personally. Out of more than 20 Kenyans who had filed complaints against her, the OCS only forwarded one case to court — that of a victim who lost just KSh 80,000. The court then released this fraudster on a ridiculously low bail of only KSh 60,000. When other victims asked why their cases were not being heard, the court clerk said the police had only brought one file. That single case has now been mentioned and pushed to August.Shame on you, OCS Kasarani! The Inspector General of Police should transfer you to Mandera.These Kenyans had sold their businesses to raise money for the trip abroad. Others took loans. Now this woman and her son are out here living their best lives, partying and celebrating. This whole situation is deeply unfair and suspicious.

Drama erupted in Matuu town on Saturday night at around 7PM after officers attached to Matuu Police Station allegedly harassed and forcefully arrested a KDF officer whose vehicle had developed a mechanical problem along the road. According to reports, the situation reportedly escalated the moment the officers realized the vehicle belonged to a KDF officer after he showed them his ID and requested them to help him. Despite the officer calmly agreeing to accompany them to the station, the police allegedly turned aggressive, handcuffed him in public and threatened him by saying he was “about to see something he has never seen before.” It is further alleged that after the arrest, the officers went ahead and slapped him with questionable and non-existent charges, including “resisting arrest” and “blocking the way,” despite claims that his vehicle had simply stalled due to mechanical failure. Witnesses described the incident as a disturbing display of intimidation, abuse of power and rogue conduct by officers who appeared determined to punish rather than assist a stranded motorist. The officers stole 10k from him and hid his car keys. The KDF officer is still held at matuu Police station.
