@Halfords_uk Surely this isn’t right considering I cancelled before the next billing cycle. Tried to contact via X and was told agents were busy and to fill in an online cancellation form. I tried this already!

@Halfords_uk I put in an online request via my Halfords account to cancel subscription to Halfords Autoclub on 09/07/25. Heard nothing back so assumed this was cancelled before next month bill. Just checked my bank acc & I have been charged two days ago for the next month

@Outlook why is my outlook account looked out and blocked? Saying I have exceeded passwords when I haven’t even tried to put a pw in. Can’t get verification code sent to my phone either as it says this method isn’t available.

@Village_Hotels Booked hotel stay for sister’s wedding at Liverpool.Have booking confirmation but no confirmation email.Filled in confirmation email form and still no email.Logged into account and says I have no stays booked.Why?

@British_Airways Hi. We have a package holiday. Flights are Manchester to Heathrow and Heathrow to San Francisco. Then same on return. Heathrow to San Fran has had flight time brought forward by 1 hour but up to now, no change to Manchester to Heathrow flight.

@HMRCcustomers My current job is my only job. My new job doesn’t start until 8/5/23 at which point I will have left my current employment. My current tax code is 1263L but changes early hours this morning to 1236LX

@HMRCcustomers I need my tax code updating but cannot get through in the phone. Try before 6 and just rings out and then you close at 6. How can I sort my tax code when it’s wrong and there’s no way of correcting on my online tax account?

@nextofficial very disappointed in my latest order of boots. Got home to discover the leather is creased all over and looks like the shoes have been worn. Black leather is also very patchy across the front of one shoe. Inlays creased and crumpled. Only part of boots ok are soles.
