@SamsungSupport Phone is already at Samsung repair facility in Plano, TX, as the authorized repair shop (ubreakifix) refused to even touch the phone stating Samsung guidelines for 'water damaged' devices. I have been given a case number: 4151977147. You can find more details there.

@SamsungSupport I just dipped the phone in water surface to take a picture (i.e. few centimeters and for 5-7 seconds). And phone is down. So it is well within 1.5m and well within 30 minutes, and in fresh water (and well within warranty). How is that fair??
