Saudi Arabia gets encircled and the world’s primary oil reserves go under direct Iranian threat. Without American naval presence and deterrence and a nuclear armed Iran say goodbye to the Straight and say hello to 30% increase in oil prices. Houthis permanently control Red Sea shipping lanes. Hezbollah overtakes Lebanon for good. Regional war of a scale not seen since World War II becomes a probability. What happens in America? Gas prices spike dramatically and structurally. Terrorist infrastructure Iran funds globally expands without pressure. IRGC assassination and cyber operations on US soil accelerate. American credibility collapse triggers cascading alliance failures and if we won’t confront Iran, why would Japan believe we’d confront China over Taiwan. Leaving Iran alone doesn’t produce stability. It produces a nuclear-armed revolutionary state controlling Middle Eastern oil, hemming in US allies, with an active program of operations on US soil and no meaningful deterrent against any of it. The costs of engagement are a fraction of what it will cost in money and American lives if we don’t put down this cancer of a regime. If you don’t care about any of that you’re not America First. Your China, Iran and Russia first. That’s fine, but at least have the balls to say it. Instead of lying and using Israel as the scapegoat.
