He escaped prosecution from crimes that no one else would have. He violated the Charter of Rights, broke ethics laws and opened Canada to increased Chinese interference.
Yet, here he is, not in jail, living like a 54 year old teenager on a trust fund.

Coliseum station this morning at 9:40 am. #yegtransit stations have become apparent homeless shelters in the city. We have shelters, they don’t allow drugs is why homeless addicts choose not to use them. What’s the solution? @ABDanielleSmith @RachelNotley
