Over 90 Christmas cards have been delivered to the pilgrim hospital boston. All drawn by our youth members age 4-14yrs, for patients who may find themselves in hospital at this time of year. We hope they raise a smile. @ULHT_News #NHS #raiseasmile #community #Christmas2024

Water kit check day and a clean. We now have added 14 kayak helmets into our gear, and our next buy will be a few more paddles. Then to look for some funding for a couple more boats! For now we have a right mix from pyranha rebels to old arrow craft.

@SSE energy will not respond to any emails sent. They placed a bill block on our account with the note please do not bill, wrong pricing and rates. So we now have half a years electric owing as they haven't collected the direct debit. They sent us an overpayment on a refund 🧵

We have had nothing but trouble, engineers failing to turn up to meter appointments, when it is an unmanned buillding and only staffed by volunteers taking time out to be there only for no one to turn up, it gives us no confidence.

We need an up-to-date invoice/bill for our records. Please comply with your side of the contract and we will happily make our balance correct. Surely a letter saying sorry, we accidentally sent you too much money instead of a letter stating we exceeded payment terms.. @ofgem 2/2

@SSE When you have refunded us too much money,why have you sent a letter stating that we have exceeded our payment terms. Our treasurer has spent hours of her time as a volunteer trying to get a latest bill from the meter reading yet you have not complied We are a charity 1/2
