@MatthiasHartel Lieber schlecht gefahren als gut gelaufen. Die MZ war technisch 50er Jahre. Bei uns gab es nicht mehr als eine Handvoll. Die wurden auch nicht von jungen Leuten gefahren. Die wollten Scheibenbremsen vorne. 😅

Mal ne Frage an die Westdeutschen hier. Ihr hattet ja als Jungspunde auch nicht so viel Geld. Also wer von Euch hat sich damals, tatsächlich ne MZ gekauft? @StreetTripleMat Brake Disks were tightened with glue. You need heat to loose the bolts. Had nothing to do with torque Amount.

One of many reasons why service manuals state to tighten to a specific torque amount. Ive seen people over tighten things such as hydraulic valves which seat on an o ring and only need to be hand tight for example but over tighten them and ruin the o rings.

An Aprilia RS50 with a grown man 👨 on top *filling with fuel and the adding 2 stroke oil, mixing the two together. Many people prefer this to trusting nylon oil cogs not to fail. He’ll tell you it’s a £4000 bike with racing pedigree *with the life of a goldfish 🐡
