#Didyouknow The reasons why employees choose to join an organization is different than why they continue to stay? The 2024 @nasscom - @indeed Future of Work report highlighted this very interesting trend. It gets more complicated as the reasons for choosing and staying in an organization also changes with generational diversity. So millennials, Gen Zs and future workforce (those who are yet to join the industry) have their unique preferences. Learning and development, brand value, culture and ethics, financial benefits, CSR/DEI/Sustainability are the top 5 reasons for future workforce to select an organization. Interestingly, brand value is moving up on the list as students want themselves to be seen working in highly valued brands. Leadership development, job security, compensation and benefits, job satisfaction and work environment make up the top 5 reasons for the future workforce to choose to stay in an organization. Given the overall hiring sentiments, job security as a criteria has gone up, while compensation and benefits has come down. Compensation and benefits is the only factor common in both the lists. But that is not surprising, is it? Fore more on what millennials and Gen Z seek from their workplace, download the free report here 👉 community.nasscom.in/communities/fu… @sangeetagupta29 @achyutaghosh @nimmi0730 @301Neha @KhyatiKapoor17 @nasscom_member_

In a GenAI powered world, what will we value more- technical skills or soft skills? The answer is both. As GenAI revolutionizes industries, the demand for advanced technical skills is undeniable, yet human-centered skills are just as essential to navigate the complexities of an AI-driven world. The balance between the two will define success in the workforce of tomorrow. According to the latest @nasscom - @indeed Future of Work - 2024: Balancing Priorities in an AI-driven World report: 📌 Data Analysis, and prompt engineering rank among the top 3 skills in demand today 📌 However, soft skills such as critical thinking, creativity, resilience, flexibility, emotional intelligence, communication and teamwork round up the top 10 skills in demand 📌 Indian BPM organizations are prioritizing soft skills such as creative and analytical thinking, leadership and learnability along with core tech skills while hiring To understand more about how these shifts are impacting industries and workforce strategies, download the FREE report here: 👉 community.nasscom.in/communities/na… and give it a read. @Indeed_India @achyutaghosh @nimmi0730 @301Neha @KhyatiKapoor17 @nasscom_member_ #BPM #Skills #GenAI #techtrends
