Life is amazing: -gyms exist -Christopher Nolan movies exist -hot girls outnumber even moderately put-together dudes 2000 to 1 -you and your wife can get drunk at a dimly-lit steakhouse then go home and watch Titanic and smash all night without a condom -you and your friends can hit the gym then smoke a joint at a Coldplay concert -every food item in the world has been hunted and gathered for you (grocery stores) -you could be working 16 hour days in a coal mine in a third world country -you’re spinning on a sphere in an infinite universe and the fact you’re alive is a 1 in 500 trillion miracle If anyone ever complains in front of you tell them they’re an idiot :)

@SashaBatulin i don't know how years later this is still a conversation and the same professional players are still complaining. Y'all either need to enact some change by boycotting these events, or drop the game. PUBG is always going to do PUBG things.

I wanna speak out about PCs we are playing on during this PGS event. It's absolutely unacceptable to give us 60fps computers on international lan where best team compete for millions of dollars. It's happening from time to time but this PGS is just terrible. PLEASE CHANGE IT.

@JakeNomada So I will once again tell you. I am an American living in Merida on around $950 per month in expenses. I rent a nice 2br/2ba home in a gated community for $550 and all my other expenses are under $500. I could rent cheaper too if I wanted

When you're honest about cost of living in Latin America in 2026... The "$1,000/month paradise" narrative is damn near dead → Mexico 🇲🇽? Impossible unless you're in a 3rd tier city → Costa Rica 🇨🇷? Forget about it → Panama 🇵🇦? $2,500+ minimum if you want quality of life The reality these days? You need $2,000-4,000/month to live comfortably in most desirable LatAm cities now → as a single broski That includes: - Decent apartment in a safe area - Eating out regularly - Nightlife, dating, etc. - Ubers instead of public transport - Occasional travel - Healthcare coverage There's only a few places you can still live well for under $1,500/month, like: - Asuncion 🇵🇾 - Santa Cruz 🇧🇴 - Pereira 🇨🇴 - Bucaramanga 🇨🇴 But even these are climbing fast, the geo-arbitrage window is closing
