Similar to when Israeli cyber official Tom Alexandrovich -- after meeting with NSA and other US agents -- was arrested in Las Vegas for trying to arrange hook-ups with underage girls. He was then bizarrely released with no restrictions, waltzed back to Israel, never returned.

Just a reminder that this fraudulent piece of shit never called me a single time when I was working overtime on this case, and for transparency. Not once did I hear from this fraud about the case. Ori Solomon, is a 55-year-old Israeli/French dual citizen on an E-2 visa. He was the property manager of a Las Vegas short-term rental where the FBI found more than 1,000 biological samples, lab equipment, vaccines, and influenza samples in late January 2026. That site was tied to Jia Bei Zhu / David He, a Chinese national already in federal prison for the 2023 Reedley, California illegal biolab case, which contained vials labeled HIV, tuberculosis, malaria, and Ebola. Greenwald found the only other case with the word Israel so he can tie them together and push the narrative: Israelis with US-government ties commit serious crimes on US soil and quietly get walked. 1. The federal charges were dismissed WITHOUT PREJUDICE which means they can be refiled. 2. Solomon still faces a Nevada state felony for improper disposal of hazardous waste, with a court date June 4. The biolab investigation itself is ongoing. Neither post mentions this. 3. The federal count was felon-in-possession-style firearm possession by a non-immigrant visa holder which is an immigration-status-dependent gun charge, not the biolab itself. These cases frequently get dismissed on technical grounds (visa interpretation, search-warrant scope, who "possessed" what in a shared property). 4. Grim writes that Solomon "was caught in LA with an illegal biolab." He wasn't. The California lab was in Reedley, it was run by a Chinese national (Jia Bei Zhu), and Solomon's link is that he managed a separate Vegas property owned by an LLC tied to Zhu. Solomon was not "caught" in the Reedley case at all. 5. The main guy in this case is a Chinese operator running biolabs across two states who is in federal CUSTODY. This is part of a biosecurity scandal and the subject of a House Select Committee on the CCP report. Recasting it as an "Israeli citizen" story uses the property manager's passport to swap the villain because these losers are Jew haters. The Solomon case is one where the defendant is NOT a state actor. The dismissed charge is a side charge for guns. The lead suspect is Chinese and the investigation is ongoing. The dismissed item was a criminal complaint not an indictment, a placeholder. It was dismissed without prejudice likely because they are building a superseding indictment. The count in question was about an immigration-status gun charge. Not a biolabs charge. As for the other case, Tom Alexandrovich, Nevada STATE CASE where the Clark County DA, not the feds released the guy UNDER STANDARD NEVADA BAIL PROCEDURES FOR THE CHARGE WHICH DONT INCLUDE PASSPORT CONFISCATION. Again, Clark County likes to release criminals often. And that is how propaganda is built and weaponized against people who are not researchers and do not have time to spend an hour digging into random cases.
