DMK didn't even pluck a hair in Tamil Nadu. Today, Tamil Nadu produces one of the highest numbers of engineers in India, with approximately 25.3 engineering graduates per 1,000 people. This is purely because #AIADMK and it's visionary leaders Puratchi Thalaivar MGR, Puratchi Thalaivi Amma and Puratchi Tamizhar EPS. Key Contributions and Educational Focus: MGR Regime (1977-1987): Initiated the 10+2 system and encouraged private engineering colleges, significantly increasing the number of polytechnics and engineering seats in the early 1980s. Amma/Ayya EPS Regime (2011-2021): Opened over 76 new arts and science colleges, 11 medical colleges, and several law colleges across the state. Specialized Institutions: AIADMK regimes also focused on specialized fields, leading to the development of Tamil Nadu Veterinary and Animal Sciences University and Tamil Nadu Music and Fine Arts University, as well as the implementation of a 7.5% reservation for government school students in medical admissions. List of Universities during #AIADMK reigns in Tamil Nadu Anna University (1978): Formed in Chennai as a specialized unitary university for engineering and technology. Bharathiar University (1982): Established in Coimbatore, named after the Tamil poet Subramania Bharati. Bharathidasan University (1982): Established in Tiruchirappalli, named after the revolutionary poet Bharathidasan. Tamil University (1981): Founded in Thanjavur to promote high-level research in Tamil language, literature, and culture. Mother Teresa Women's University (1984): Established in Kodaikanal as the only university in the state dedicated solely to women's higher education. Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University (1997): While the act was passed earlier, its initial groundwork and subsequent expansion of law colleges were key AIADMK priorities. Tamil Nadu Physical Education and Sports University (2005): The first of its kind in India, established in Chennai. Tamil Nadu Fisheries University (2012): Now known as Tamil Nadu Dr. J. Jayalalithaa Fisheries University, established in Nagapattinam. Tamil Nadu Music and Fine Arts University (2013): Established in Chennai to promote traditional arts. The reason why @SunTV is back under #Thalapathy 's foot very soon 😂 காசுக்காக எதிரி கால்ல விழக் கூட தயங்காத கேவலமான குடும்பம் கருணாநிதி குடும்பம் தூ 💦💦💦💦 #TVK #TVKVijayHQ

76 lae DMK cadres were locked up in MISA, Kalaignar gave a ₹200 family fund to ensure their starving families survived. So you aren't insulting me. You're reminding me of the blood, sacrifice, and the unbreakable bond that stood up against dictatorship. I take immense pride in it. 🖤♥️
