No verdict. She arrived for questioning in a wheelchair, still recovering from heart surgery. The court detained her anyway. 山尾志桜里氏はもっとリベラルな論客だと思っていたが、家庭連合の解散と精算という法的手続にからめてその教義を「歪んだ反日教義」「倒錯した教義」などと論難。まるで家庭連合がその教義ゆえに解散・精算され、さらなる対策を必要としているかのごとくだ。これは、信教の自由をかかげる自由主義国家ではあってはならない論法だ。 しかも山尾氏は「有識者委員として解散命令請求の口火を切った一人」だというから事態は深刻だ。家庭連合の解散と精算がその教義ゆえだったとも受け取れてしまう。 もとより特定宗教の教義を批判するのは自由である。しかし法的手続にからめてそれをやってはいけないのだ。家庭連合の解散と精算によって、我が国の自由主義が瓦解していくのをワレは強く危惧する。
