@AnthemBCBS How am I supposed to get medical care through Anthem/Sydney health when YOUR system is having issues and it suggests I contact IT support which is only available monday through friday?

@OptimumHelp So many issues with wifi constantly going offline. Make appt and it gets cancelled because service comes back on. Meanwhile a day later it goes off again. 3 times in 6 weeks. Tired of paying for unreliable service and not being allowed to keep tech appt.

@NYGovCuomo Yet my job which was deemed essential to stay open since day 1 is still not eligible for a vaccine? Myself and my coworkers deal with the public day in and day out all day long. We are not a grocery store but are considered retail hardware/building supplies.

Public-facing gov't employees, nonprofit workers & essential building service workers are eligible for the vaccine beginning March 17. All sites can vaccinate anyone who is eligible—except pharmacies which will be reserved to vaccinate 60+ & teachers. governor.ny.gov/news/governor-…

@kfc trying to contact your restaurant at 1164 Jericho turnpike in commack, ny 11725. They will not answer their phone. Spent $180 on lunches for a meeting to have 5 lunches not delivered and Grub hub can not assist.
