@EuropcarUK I have been charged roadside recovery (Dec from BHX) despite requesting nil additional cover on the app & on pick up. Customer Service is dismissive. I’m a repeat customer and not being heard. Hired in July & faced no issue but this time I’ve been mid-charged.

@InstaShopUAE I replied with DM as requested & yet nobody has tried to reach me. I have raised a safety issue about one of your drivers driving recklessly in a community with children, almost knocking 2 people at a pedestrian crossing. Surely that deserves a phone call!

@InstaShopUAE dangerous driving by one of your drivers in Mira Community on Al Qudra at around 10.40am today. Driver didn’t stop at 2 pedestrian crossings, almost knocking over a cyclist and a pedestrian. W36418. I would not want my groceries delivered in such a manner.

@HM_Passport Does not help - getting standard responses. I HAVE A NEED TO APPLY FOR VISAS OWING TO EXTENSIVE TRAVEL - it’s a standard application with letter of support from employer. CAN SOMEONE TAKE APPLICATION NO. & EXPEDITE?! @HM_Passport has old passport since 18 March!!

@HM_Passport This isn’t helpful - you’ve sent me to gov.uk; any compliant would take up to 3 weeks for a response. I have a need to travel & seek visas; old passport with HMPO since 7 Apr with cover letter & other supporting info. I need to speak with a Case Officer.
