Josh Hammer says Joe Kent should be ARRESTED for 'leaking' a screenshot of Charlie's messages, because Joe Kent isn't part of the investigation and that screenshot is evidence. ...but he's NOT mad at ALL at Andrew Kolvet for admittedly sharing the screenshot with multiple people who are 'not involved with the investigation.' So is the screenshot evidence that's being ignored, or is it NOT evidence at all? Is sharing it privately a 'LEAK' when Andrew Kolvet does it, or only when you accuse Joe Kent of being the one to share it? Please reconcile these points, Official-Narrative-Believers.

Rule 3.6 would typically only apply to lawyers. However, in light of the unprecedented gag order effecting 3,000 "witnesses" a Clarification Ruling was needed. In this Clarification Ruling, Judge Graf granted the state's motion and offered the following clarification: "The word "witness" as used in the order applies to all witnesses who are part of the prosecution and defense teams. This includes any witness, including lay witnesses, whom the prosecution or defense has a good faith belief will be called to testify at a hearing or trial." The ruling also "requires the attorneys to inform witnesses about the prohibitions". So, what is Utah SCRP Rule 3-3.6 and how does it apply to Blake & Erika? Plus, Bridge Partners LLC dished out $900K to 14-18 US influencers for pro-Israel content—without FARA registration! But it gets worse, TPUSA is doing the same thing.
