@daletanhardt @GarageGuyChase @MambaSmith34 @bobpockrass @Jordan_Bianchi @jeff_gluck @markmartin @Kenny_Wallace You guys are the voice that can get this heard . Biff was a great soul, he helped because he wanted to not because he had to. This needs to happen !

@DanielleTrotta You should talk to @NASCAR @rfk about them getting a gen 4 or 5 of biffs and having cleetus drive it to run a pace lap at the Daytona 500 with the field 3 wide in procession Behind . Would be amazing I will drop this comment everywhere to try and get this to happen .

I was naive. I've had time to think, and anyone remotely interested in Independence is going to want to read this. I finally realized... there hasn't been a swing from the other side the entire time Independence has been on the line. I wondered why they sat there, defenceless... allowing us to rally support and grow in numbers. They created concrete legitimacy for us, and solidified the argument for independence. But they never fought back. That's because they don't fight like we fight. We fight with logic, morality, and pragmatism. They fight with overwhelming resources, a corrupt system, and judicial abuse. This was their swing, and I wasn't expecting it to come from Danielle Smith. I was naive. Now that they've finally swung when we thought the bell rang and the fight was over... they're doubling down in a variety of ways. 1) They hope the bogus ruling against StayFreeAlberta withstands the appeal- I'm sure this is already rigged 2) They've enabled Danielle Smith pull the rug on the people that supported her- we were stunned by this. 3) The future of the referendum in Alberta now has only obstacles and question marks. It will definitely hurt support. 4) They've coordinated. Everyone posting the picture I've attached here is in on it. They want to look legitimate, humble, Canadian... it's real branding and done on purpose. These 4 things appeared over night, and I didn't realize they were able to precipitate with such expediency. This is their right-hook. Welcome to the big leagues. But guess what... this just means we understand they finally decided to fight- don't let it mean the fight is over. For the record, for this level of coordination to appear at this speed likely means one thing: Smith communicated (or her plan was leaked) to the Federalists long before her announcement. You guys like elbows up? Alright then. Let's dance. Independence gets the next move.

@Bratt_world Why does it matter? Why put more blockades in the way? It's a project of national interest and is good for all of Canada not just Alberta . We need to stop fucking around , pandering to everyone that says no . It's time to do

DRIPA is per individual. It’s not only for nations. Why aren’t we acting under DRIPA and letting nations and their members vote on this pipeline in BC ? Carney should present a plan and let Eby whine some more. Let the FN people have a voice. We are sovereign after all.

@CalgaryDave But 50+1 % still will take into account many factor ( voter turn out , number of eligible voter ) So in AB you have roughly 2.9 - 3.1 million eligible voters so 1.5 million would be your 50+1 threshold

You heard it here... 50% + 1. Liberals sign on to Albertan Independence. We need 50% + 1 to secede. You thought it was impossible? Well, it just became "we're already polling above 55%" And it's going to go higher as more people find this out.
Peter McCaffrey@peteremcc

Huge news: The Liberal government just confirmed that "clear majority" in the Clarity Act means 50%+1. That's always been the case, of course - if the Liberals had wanted to put 60% in the Clarity Act, they could have done so. But it's good to finally have some "clarity"!

People have been dropping the phrase "Clarity Act" like it's the name they need to get into a nightclub or something. Stop. It's like 7-ish pages, terribly easy to read, and I'll link it for you: parl.ca/Content/Bills/… There's no magical genie in there that's going to somehow stop Alberta from achieving independence. Give it a read for yourself and learn the asks made to us by the Federal Government so the next time somebody yells, "YOU CAN'T DO THAT BECAUSE OF THE CLARITY ACT" you can be like, "I read the damned thing and I don't know what the hell you're talking about."

🥩 Same cow. Same cut. Different country. 2× the price. 🇦🇺 Australia ships steak across the planet for $24/kg. 🇨🇦 Canada can’t move it across a province for under $52/kg. This isn’t climate. This isn’t transport. This is policy + supply management + cartel pricing.🙄 When food is cheaper from 14,000 km away, the problem isn’t farmers . it’s the system. 🇨🇦 #Canada #Inflation #Christmas #SupplyManagement #CostOfLiving @FoodProfessor @MarcNixon24 @PierrePoilievre @StephenPunwasi

@RobShaw_BC @Dave_Eby Does this mean the new Alberta pipeline is going to go down to the coast via the USA? Or is Eby just paying lip service to a project that he knows will cross BC, but he has no control over?

NEW - @Dave_Eby on Alberta-Ottawa carbon pricing today. “As a country, it's time to stop rewarding bad behaviour.  “It cannot be the case that the projects that get prioritized in Canada are those where a Premier threatens to leave the country.”

It cannot be the case that the projects that get prioritized in Canada are those where a Premier threatens to leave the country. Next week, I’ll be meeting with the Prime Minister to bring him a list of projects we can work on for the benefit of all Canadians.

@4RealJDK @YukonStrong @479sausages There are many legal forms of economic pressure and trade regulation. With enough friction, it’s unlikely they would be able to holdout on negotiations for long. Not to mention, they depend on energy from Alberta. Also, your claims about Washington or Oregon are ungrounded.

@YukonStrong @479sausages UNCLOS states that they need access to tide water by rail , and road. All over which Alberta has . Cutting off trade through Alberta im sure we be a violation of international law. Also zero chance of pipeline into Washington or Oregon .

@Fisherjw95 @DirtyMoMedia @jeff_gluck @Jordan_Bianchi So you think Reddick, Gibbs, bell , Byron aren't comparable talent? Buescher and Reddick have both best svg . Svg just makes it look like there is less competition. Also the performance gap between cars is much smaller than in the JG era .

@4RealJDK @DirtyMoMedia @jeff_gluck @Jordan_Bianchi Gordon would’ve been at 20 road course wins if they raced at 4 or 5 a year like they do now. Plus going up against talent like Rusty, Earnhardt, Tony, and Ricky Rudd is a little different than going up against McDowlell and Allmendinger.

@Ericwillhelm @4RealJDK @DirtyMoMedia @jeff_gluck @Jordan_Bianchi Fair point, though i think thats a bit of an exaggeration. The gap isnt that big with next gen, especially at road courses. JGR has never been great at them and Hendrick sucks at them right now. Trackhouse puts all their eggs in that basket cause they can only win there with SVG
