Well I've created my account now, by GUESSING your password restrictions. Good job I build websites for a living isn't it! Fix your sign up form so it clearly states the requirements for password format. The only feedback now is that the password wasn't filled in.

@northyorksc If you want us to be able to pay our council tax you'd better sort out your payment gateway so that it doesn't keeping erroring and saying no password was entered when trying to sign up. This is basic web development - why did nobody test this before launch?
