America doesn’t have a housing shortage.
It has an execution problem.
After 50+ years in real estate, I’ve developed a proven process that:
• Eliminates foreclosures
• Makes homeownership cheaper than rent
• Uses existing equity — not taxpayer bailouts
I’ve done this one-on-one for years.
Now it’s ready to scale.
45 million responsible renters are closer than anyone realizes.
The American Dream isn’t gone —
it’s just been missing the mechanism.

This is what happens when the market starts correcting — but it also reveals something bigger.
If rent can drop this fast, ownership should be even more accessible.
There’s now a way to make owning a home cheaper than rent — using what already exists in the system.
That’s where this is headed.

What today’s market is telling us:
• Policy is solving supply
• Markets are managing rates
• GSEs are supporting liquidity
But no one is solving:
→ loan-level stability at scale
That’s why:
NPLs are rising even with strong equity
LPGP flips the model:
→ NPL → RPL in days → foreclosure becomes unnecessary → performance becomes predictable
This is infrastructure—not a product.

Housing is being “fixed”… but the core problem remains.
Rates rising.
Supply still short ~4M homes.
Delinquencies quietly increasing.
Capital returning—but cautiously.
The system is addressing access…
but not performance.
That’s the gap.
HomeMatrixx (LPGP/DPGP) introduces a missing layer:
→ stabilize loans using appreciating equity
→ convert renters into owners without forcing risk
→ align homeowners, lenders, and capital
The U.S. already has $35T+ in housing equity.
The question is no longer how to create housing—
it’s how to activate what already exists.
