@TrueHalfCrack @mrwtffacts Is that the case here? No. I hope your slate is clean as a whistle - no traumatizing bullying, no violence, no neglect of any sort - for you to think it’s okay to hunt down and kill someone because of your suspicions about their behavior. Utterly deranged.

@6Merican @mrwtffacts Orrrr in some cases, like when a repeat pedo offender gets a slap on the wrist and will likely continue to destroy children's lives, they maybe deserve what comes to them.

In 2020, Nebraska school teacher James Fairbanks noticed his neighbor constantly hanging around and watching kids play from his driveway. Suspicious, Fairbanks decided to check the registered sex offender list. His suspicions were justified: Mattieo Condoluci, 64, twice convicted of child molestation. Fairbanks grabbed a gun, drove to his house, knocked on the door, and shot him seven times when he answered. He then emailed local media and confessed to everything, explaining he acted to prevent further offences. Astonishingly, at sentencing, Condoluci’s very own daughter stood up and defended Fairbanks, saying her father had abused her too and the system had failed for years. Despite this, in 2021, Fairbanks, who had no previous convictions, was sentenced to 40–70 years for second-degree murder with no parole until 2040.

@gotrice2024 @TylerRatcliff17 KFC struggles in the U.S. compared to the UK, so that’s a feedback loop. Where there’s high demand for the product, the product will be better. Also, Italian kids are fatter than American kids. Let’s stop this nonsense lying and mean-spirited use of America s a foil

She’s feeding Italian born kids an American style lunch. Nothing special, just a staple that millions of Americans enjoy everyday. She made sandwiches with a side of potato chips. The kids were not impressed, I was shocked to see they considered their lunch peasant food. I always was curious about how the rest of the world views our traditional meals and eating habits. When I visited Asia. I was confused about the portions that I was presented. Over in Asia I was surprised to see that meat is not the main course there, it’s usually served as a side. The main courses and normally served family style heaped on a plate. Vegetables and a starch were normally prepared in creative ways and served with rice. I was told to take a bite of meat, and then fill the rest of the palate with some vegetables and some rice. Combining them with each bit made me full much quicker, I filled up more on the vegetables and rice than I did on the meat. It was certainly different than here where the main course is a huge course or meat and often the side is even more meat.

Shes had KFC plenty of times back in the UK, but now she’s in the states she wants to try it assuming it’s going to be better than the version she’s used to since it originated here. She was quite shocked with the outcome when she tried it, but I was not. Many countries ban much of the harmful chemicals in food that we still use. Much of the time it’s more wholesome ingredients. For me this is a slap in the face. KFC originated here so why do the other countries get the better version. I know many companies may adapt the recipes for local tastes but for me this is not acceptable. If other countries have a better and healthier version, I feel we should be serving that across the board. I don’t know if we should be supporting a company that doesn’t put us first. It’s shocking that our food is lower quality. This makes me wonder if all the American restaurants over sees are following the same formula as well and we are stuck with the short end of the stick.

@TelBallard @extradeadjcb …Britain does not have 16-23 million people of Italian descent like America does. You don’t have entire counties settled by Czechs or towns famous for their Slovenian or French-Spanish “Creole” ancestry like America does. Get real

@6Merican @extradeadjcb That's not what they keep telling us. Anglo-Saxon, Celtic, Viking, Norman, Huguenots, quite a lot of Irish in Liverpool and Manchester. A North European mix. As regards Mr Hexum, have you seen Erling Haaland?

@dyonisos_dance @GoldBellClips The difference is that a teenage boy could easily fend off a female adult trying to sexually assault him. A teenage girl 9/10 times could not fend of a male adult trying to sexually assault her. But still it’s predatory behavior and should be treated as such.

Growing up includes realizing that the popular jocky frat bros are usually popular because they’re cool and fun to hang out with and that nerds are often not diamonds in the rough and are rather unpleasant and off putting in character as well as appearance.

One thing I have noticed here is that the frat brothers are often more interested in and open to learning ideas about the world than the artsy leftist humanities slackers.
