I’ve spent a small fortune on perfumes - everything from Armani to Tom Ford to Creed.
But over the last three months, I have been using a couple of Zara perfumes, and I’ve never had this many compliments or “What are you wearing?” questions. Fellow passengers, office colleagues, even cab drivers.
At this point, I’m convinced Zara perfumes are the real MVP in Indian weather.
I’ve been specifically using these two.

One strange thing in India is recruiter always ask for previous pay scale and the growth, whereas in western countries that is not the norm.
If you believe that the candidate you are hiring is suitable and also the payscale he is asking is within your range, then what's the problem in hiring ?

Most people were NOT loyal to Vistara because it was a great airline or because it had a great loyalty program, though both are true. The main reason MOST people were loyal to Vistara is that it handed out status and vouchers like peanuts through its co-brand partnerships.
It would be interesting to see how many CV Gold status holders remained AI Gold after 2–3 years.

Non-Controversial Opinion: Loyalty is for friends and family. Not for airlines, hotels or banks. Go where you’re treated the best, go where you get the most bang for your buck. The businesses don’t give a hoot about you without the $$$ flowing. Why should you?
