And even if "AI/SWE" laws get changed/removed (AI Act, CRA, DMA, NIS2), you still have moronic laws regarding adjacent industries (energy, research, etc.) which neg. impact the AI sector.

Am avut astăzi o convorbire consistentă cu Antonio Costa, președintele Consiliului European, privind temele principale pe care urmează să le abordăm săptămâna viitoare, în cadrul Consiliului European informal. Ne intalnim pe 12 februarie pentru a găsi împreună soluții de creștere a competitivității statelor noastre - adică să încurajăm investițiile, inovația, dezvoltarea companiilor europene, care în cele din urmă înseamnă servicii mai bune și accesibile pentru cetățeni. I-am prezentat lui Antonio Costa prioritățile de acțiune ale României în contextul viitoarei reuniuni. În primul rând, susținem simplificarea birocratiei afacerilor in Uniunea Europeana, sustinem consolidarea Pieței Unice și salutăm extinderea acordurilor comerciale la nivelul Uniunii Europene. In al doilea rand, susținem o tranziție mai lungă pentru aplicarea politicilor legate de energia verde, astfel încât acestea să fie sustenabile și să nu afecteze negativ economia noastră. În al treilea rând, România își dorește consolidarea unei Uniuni a Energiei, o interconectare a retelelor si o veritabilă piață a energiei europene. Scopul nostru este să creăm mecanisme pentru ca românii sǎ plǎteascǎ facturi rezonabile la energie, iar firmele din țară să aibǎ costuri competitive cu energia. În ceea ce privește noul Cadru Financiar Multianual 2028-2034, i-am transmis președintelui Consiliului European că România consideră ca este benefică ponderea alocată creșterii competitivității, dar că este necesar să se țină cont și de criterii geografice, astfel încât toate statele să beneficieze de șanse egale la resurse pentru a reduce decalajele economice existente intre tarile europene.
