Bad news: inflation will rise again very soon thanks to your insane Net Zero policies making the UK particularly vulnerable to oil price hikes. Well done.
UK Prime Minister@10DowningStreet
Good news: inflation has fallen today. Our action to reduce energy bills - with the price cap dropping by £117 - means inflation is now lower. There’s more to do - this government is delivering for Britain.
English

@JuliaHB1 The fall in inflation does make me think that the numbers are being manipulated. Something does not add up?

Is Britain still a democracy? A Polish MEP draws chilling parallels between the UK's recent actions and the oppressive tactics of the Iron Curtain era. Watch now: youtu.be/aAm_wLd3lgk

@SophiePrestonHa Are you so tone deaf (or hypocritical) that you can ignore Matt Godwin losing in the last by-election after being parachuted in from Surrey

The arrogance of Andy Burnham is absolutely staggering.
He isn’t stepping into Makerfield because he suddenly cares about the people there or wants to fight for the area. He’s doing it to further his own political ambitions and position himself for a future run at Prime Minister.
Makerfield deserves better than being treated as a stepping stone in somebody else’s career plan.
And let’s not forget… Makerfield voted around 65% to leave the European Union. Yet Burnham has already been forced into his first major U-turn after previously backing closer ties with Europe again. Labour simply do not listen. They say one thing to get elected and another once they think they’re safe.
This by-election is historic and people have a real chance to send a message loud and clear to Westminster.
If you live in Makerfield, or know anybody who does, urge them to vote Reform UK.
A vote for Labour is a vote for more of the same.
A vote for Reform UK is a vote for real change, democracy and putting British people first.
The political establishment are taking voters for granted yet again.
Makerfield now has the chance to prove them wrong.

Whatever one’s politics, it is impossible to deny what Nigel has endured over the years.
No politician in modern British history has faced such sustained smears, vilification and even violent attacks simply for articulating concerns shared by millions of ordinary people.
Yet he has continued regardless. Resilient, unbowed and determined.
Thank you @Nigel_Farage , for your courage, persistence and refusal to be silenced.

@Lindafell12 @juneslater17 @reformparty_uk @TiceRichard Which begs the question why are you in a union if you don’t want them to stand up for your rights

@trussliz @PeterMcCormack But we do know the difference between Socailism and Communism? Do you
English

@PeterMcCormack Correct. You can't reason with a communist. You have to defeat them.

Coming to the conclusion that there is nothing you can do to convince a socialist that their ideas are terrible. Nothing.
Not once have I changed a persons mind. They cannot grasp economic facts or incentives. Their brains are skewed towards vibes and envy.
Sad reality is that if they’re on this journey then they have to see the conclusion. Even sadder reality is that they will drag so many others into this decline.
We did this to ourselves.

For the second week running, no cabinet minister will be appearing on my @GBNEWS show. We’ve been told @darrenpjones is “unavailable” despite him doing every other channel and radio station on the broadcast round. No explanation given.
The people running the country appear to be running scared of a journalist 🤦♀️🤯
We are grateful backbencher @Perran4CRH has the spine for it! See you tomorrow! Tune in from 930am 💃

@8nickm @Changeling_1 @TedUrchin But UK water quality is better now than it was when we were in the EU.
English

@Rod__Mason @Changeling_1 @TedUrchin I think we just need to look at the standard of our water to see what happens when standards are lowered
English

@Changeling_1 @TedUrchin It’s the opposite; UK food and safety standards exceed EU ones.
Especially in terms of animal welfare; the EU allow foie gras, live animal exports and bull-fighting, after all.
