@myvoltas i must say that in terms of after sales customer service in ac companies, voltas is the worst.Third class technician.. Even local shop technician is better than them.. And no one gives a shit about timely resolution of service request.

@myvoltas Update : I had called technician and service center twice... Despite that no one give a f*** about technician visit.
Now it's 3 days and no one visited. @myvoltas @TataCompanies such a shame. #worst customer support # shame on tata brand.
