I am very pleased that one of the sights added to the New Homes Accelerator is on Billet Road in Ilford - delivering 1,300 energy efficient homes and a new neighbourhood centre and park!

@Jas_Athwal Somewhat amusing as the Billet Road site started in 2018 well before labours accelerator programe. The highly polluted ex landfill site was greenbelt and opposite Fairlop Plain a SINC. 1300 homes there will be totally out of place and cause traffic chaos.
