$MSTR I’m a bit surprised this morning by how many analysts around Strategy clearly misread the 8K filing. It’s surprising because it completely understates how significant the raise from $STRC was in funding 100% of the Bitcoin acquired over the past week. If you actually read the 8K, it’s evident that all $329.9 million that Strategy raised to buy btc came from $STRC. Incredible.

@fillippone1 @zaidlikesmstr strc.live by default assumes 50% of volume above par goes towards BTC purchases. You can change that value locally for your browser by clicking the settings icon on the top of the page.

@zaidlikesmstr I thought STRC live was some official source. I then assume it only tracks STRC volumes when above par, and consider that to be used to buy BTC? Still, as this prediction seems reasonable to me, it would be interesting to understand what happened. Maybe the hiatus is involved?

Anti-money laundering (AML) laws are not fit for purpose. Attempting to do one large withdrawal from my Trading 212 account, to my verified bank account; blocked and requires manual review. Cancel the withdrawal and instead do 10+ smaller transactions and it goes through fine.
