Thank you Secretary Rubio. Your courageous action against Ali Larijani’s daughter and son-in-law is a step in the right direction, but it cannot stop at one case. There are many individuals with direct ties to senior Islamic Republic officials living and working in the U.S., benefiting from freedoms their families deny to millions of Iranians. This policy must be applied consistently, not selectively. We urge @SecRubio to expand this review and ensure accountability across the board. o Zeinab Hajjarian, the daughter of Saeed Hajjarian, a key figure and one of the principal architects of the IRI’s security and intelligence structures, systems o Dr. Fatemeh Noohi daughter of Kobra Khazali, a senior Islamic Republic official o Ehsan Noohi Bezanji, son of Kobra Khazali, a senior Islamic Republic official o Leila Khatami the daughter of IRI’s former president Mohammad Khatami at Union College NY o Eissa Hashemi son of Masoumeh Ebtekar Adjunct Professor at The Chicago School in Los Angeles o Zahra Takhshid granddaughter of Mahdavi Kani at the University of Denver Strum College of Law o Ali Al Habib the son of Eshagh Al Habib in Maryland working for Mastercard o Seyed Hossedin Mousavian, Mohammad Jafar Mahallati, Ali Akbar Musavai Khoeini, Mohsen Kadivar, Abdolali Bazargan, Abdollarim Soroush, Mehdi Faridzadeh, Mohammad Hossein Mahallati, Hossein Modaressi, Farnaz Maleki, Vahid Abedini #StopIRILobby

To @StateDept @SecRubio Why is Seyed Hossein Mousavian, a man aligned with the Islamic Republic of Iran and part of its long-standing diplomatic and security apparatus, freely living in the United States? This is someone who: • Has spent years lobbying for the Islamic Republic’s narratives in Western media • Has organized and participated in backchannel discussions with U.S. and regional actors such as Egypt on behalf of the regime • Continues to shape discourse in favor of a system responsible for the deaths of both Iranians and Americans While this is happening, over 90 million Iranians have been cut off from the internet for 41 days, one of the longest nationwide shutdowns in modern history. A population held hostage, silenced, and isolated. How is it acceptable that individuals tied to such a regime can operate freely in the U.S., access platforms, influence policy conversations, and legitimize a government that denies its own people basic rights? The United States has stated clearly that it will not be a safe haven for those who support terrorist regimes. So why is this case an exception? Review his status. Investigate his activities. Enforce your own standards. #FireMousavian #StopIRILobby

#FireMousavian #StopIRILobby

🚨 “Son of Iran’s twisted PR chief found living life of luxury in LA and he’s teaching superrich California kids” Outrage doesn’t even begin to cover this. According to the report, Eissa Hashemi, the 43-year-old son of a senior propaganda official from Iran’s regime, is not just quietly residing in the United States, he is thriving in one of the most affluent neighborhoods of Los Angeles, living a life of comfort and privilege that stands in stark contrast to the repression tied to his family’s legacy. The article details how he has built a career as a high-end private tutor, charging steep fees to teach children from some of California’s wealthiest families, placing him inside elite social circles with direct access to influence and credibility. This is not incidental. The report highlights that Hashemi has carefully cultivated a role that gives him proximity to power and wealth, integrating into upper-tier American society while maintaining connections to a deeply controversial background. Despite his lineage, he has managed to operate without meaningful public scrutiny, presenting himself as an educator and professional while benefiting from the freedoms and opportunities of a country his family’s political apparatus fundamentally opposes. Let that sink in. While ordinary Iranians face imprisonment, torture, and execution under the same system his family helped sustain, its insiders and beneficiaries are thriving in the West, untouched and unaccountable. Even more disturbing: Hashemi has refused to denounce his mother’s record, despite calls for him to do so, prompting campaigners to demand investigation and deportation. This isn’t just about hypocrisy. It’s about access, normalization, and infiltration. A regime-linked family member, tied to one of the most repressive governments in the world, is now operating freely inside the United States, interacting with influential networks and shaping the environment of the next generation of elites. And yet… no accountability. ℹ️ New York Post - @nypost 🔗 nypost.com/2026/04/06/us-… ⸻ ⚠️ My take This is exactly how hostile regimes expand soft influence. Not through tanks. Through access. Through proximity. Through normalization. When individuals connected to authoritarian propaganda machines are allowed to live, network, and influence inside democratic societies without scrutiny, it becomes a national security blind spot. This isn’t just a moral failure, it is strategic negligence. #DeportIRAgents #NoSafeHavenForIRGC @DHSgov @SecMullinDHS @StateDept @SecRubio @AAIRIA_Org

When Propaganda Puts on a PhD 🎓⚠️ Let’s stop pretending this is just “another academic opinion.” What you’re seeing with Behrooz Ghamari-Tabrizi is not scholarship. It’s narrative engineering. A former Princeton professor, now a CUNY visiting scholar, going on record to claim the Iranian regime is “good for women’s health” while women are beaten, jailed, and killed for basic freedoms. Dismissing the documented atrocities of October 7 as if facts are negotiable. Openly maintaining relationships with individuals tied to the 1979 U.S. Embassy seizure. And somehow this is framed as intellectual discourse? No. This is what propaganda looks like when it learns the language of academia. It doesn’t scream. It reframes. It doesn’t deny outright. It dilutes. It doesn’t defend brutality directly. It normalizes it. This is how authoritarian narratives survive in the West: not through force, but through credibility laundering. Because when someone with institutional prestige repeats regime talking points, it doesn’t stay theoretical. It shapes minds, influences students, and distorts reality at scale. Academic freedom is not a free pass to sanitize repression. If you are defending a regime that jails, tortures, and executes its own people, you are not offering analysis. You are doing PR for power. And the sooner people stop confusing that with scholarship, the better. 🚨 #IranRevolution2026#StopIRIPropaganda @CUNY @StateDept @SecRubio @EDSecMcMahon

This Was the Right Decision: Academia Cannot Be a Platform for Regime Apologists 🏛️⚖️ The University of Arkansas has terminated Dr. Shirin Saeidi and this matters. This is not about “free speech.” This is about conduct, alignment, and the integrity of academia itself. The record is clear: • She publicly praised the Supreme Leader of Islamic Regime in Iran, a regime responsible for decades of murder, oppression, and the massacre of political prisoners. ☠️ • She used official university letterhead to advocate for the release of Hamid Nouri, convicted for involvement in the 1988 mass executions of thousands of political prisoners. • She repeatedly promoted rhetoric targeting Israel, spreading inflammatory messaging far beyond academic critique into antisemitism. ⚠️ This is not scholarship. This is not neutral inquiry. This is political alignment with a regime that has blood on its hands. 💀 It gets worse: • Serious concerns exist about academic integrity, including misuse of sources and survivor testimonies in her work. This is a pattern, not an isolated issue: ✅ Advocacy for a regime official tied to mass murder ✅ Praise for authoritarian leadership ✅ Inflammatory rhetoric crossing into antisemitism ✅ Questions about academic credibility At some point, this stops being about “views” and becomes about fitness to represent an academic institution. Universities are not neutral containers. They confer legitimacy. When someone uses that platform to defend a war criminal, amplify authoritarian propaganda, and blur the line between scholarship and activism, it damages the credibility of the institution itself. Supporters may frame this as suppression. It is not. Academic freedom is not a shield for: • Defending crimes against humanity • Promoting regime propaganda • Using institutional authority to legitimize it This is why the termination matters. If this line is not drawn, academia becomes vulnerable to ideological capture by those who do not respect truth, accountability, or human rights. This decision sends a clear message: There are standards. There are boundaries. Crossing them has consequences. 🛑 #FireSaeidi #AAIRIA

We, @AAIRIA_Org, welcome the decision by the President of the University of Arkansas to move forward with the dismissal of Shirin Saeidi. This outcome did not happen in a vacuum. For over five years, we at AAIRIA have worked to document, expose, and raise concerns about individuals in Western academic institutions who use their positions to whitewash, normalize, or directly support elements of the Islamic Republic of Iran. In this case, former political prisoners whose testimonies were cited in Saeidi’s work came forward to state clearly that they were never interviewed by her. Some of the individuals named in her research have been found to be non-existent. These findings raise serious concerns that her dissertation and subsequent book are not grounded in legitimate research, but instead reflect a combination of plagiarism and fabricated material, produced in alignment with narratives promoted by the Islamic Republic’s propaganda apparatus. AAIRIA was among the first to bring forward documentation and evidence, and we consistently called on the university to take these issues seriously. This decision shows that sustained, evidence-based advocacy can lead to institutional accountability. Universities must remain places of integrity, not platforms for laundering the narratives of regimes responsible for systematic repression and mass atrocities. This is a step in the right direction. @UArkansas #FireSaeidi

@UArkansas #FireSaeidi

#StopIRILobby #FireMousavian @Princeton spia.princeton.edu/events/crisis-…

Shameful. Panels like the one hosted by Princeton School of Public and International Affairs @PrincetonSPIA are exactly why so many policy conversations about Iran keep failing. At a moment when the Middle East is once again in crisis, with countries across the region facing the consequences of the Islamic Republic’s actions, we are still presented with the same narrow circle of “experts” who have shaped this discourse for years. And what have they consistently delivered? The same recycled framework: minimize the regime’s agency, shift blame outward, and insist that the problem is misunderstanding Iran rather than confronting the ideological foundations of the regime. This intellectual pattern is not neutral. It has consequences. When analysis repeatedly centers on explaining or rationalizing the regime rather than holding it accountable, it contributes to the very environment in which its behavior goes unchecked. The result is not stability. It is escalation, conflict, and the continued suffering of people across the region. The composition of these panels also raises serious concerns. Figures like Seyed Hossein Mousavian are repeatedly presented as neutral analysts, despite having served as senior officials in the Islamic Republic’s diplomatic apparatus, and being involved in crimes against Iranians in the diaspora and having blood on their hands. That background is not incidental. It shapes perspective, framing, and the limits of what is said. At the same time, individuals such as Kian Tajbakhsh are presented without acknowledging the broader debates around engagement, reform, and the limits of change within a theocratic gender-Apartheid regime. These are not simple or neutral trajectories, and presenting them as such does a disservice to any serious discussion. What is most striking is not just who is included, but who is missing. Where are the voices of Iranians themselves? Where are those who have lived through repression, prison, and violence at the hands of this regime? Where are the perspectives that fundamentally challenge the assumptions that have dominated these spaces for decades? Instead, we get the same echo chamber. The same analyses that have failed to predict, prevent, or resolve the crises we are now witnessing. If universities are serious about contributing to understanding and solutions, they need to broaden the conversation. Not by adding more of the same voices, but by including those who have been systematically excluded. #StopIRILobby #FireMousavian @Princeton spia.princeton.edu/events/crisis-…

#StopIRILobby nypost.com/2026/03/23/wor…

A new report by @isareport at @nypost underscores concerns that AAIRIA has been raising, and discussing with journalists and policymakers, for years: individuals linked to the Islamic Republic are already present in the United States, including in sensitive sectors like Silicon Valley. This is not about fearmongering. It is about reality. When a regime with a documented record of hostility, espionage, and systemic corruption gains direct or indirect access to U.S. research environments, tech infrastructure, and professional networks, the risks are real. This is why we continue to call for review, transparency, and accountability regarding individuals connected to senior regime figures who benefit from positions of trust in the U.S. You cannot export repression and instability, and at the same time import privilege and access to the very systems you undermine. The question is no longer if this is happening. The question is: what will institutions do about it? #StopIRILobby nypost.com/2026/03/23/wor…
