A longstanding community tradition honoring the American flag shouldn’t get tangled in years of federal bureaucracy in the first place. That’s why ACC Action is excited to have worked alongside ACC alumni and former Utah State Rep. @Clancy4Utah to restore this tradition.

The legislation also keeps safeguards in place. The Forest Service would still be able to set conditions related to safety, environmental responsibility, and maintenance of the site.
