The U.S. and the world were in a better and safer place. Much happened in the four years between 45 and 47. Today, based on the intelligence, scenarios, and kinetic and non-kinetic options presented, the President authorized #OperationEpicFury to ensure that Iran will no longer have the capacity to threaten U.S. interests and Americans abroad and at home. The impact will be felt by other U.S. adversaries and nation-state competitors and, at minimum, delay and retard their global ambitions as well. These actions by the President are not taken in isolation. Concurrently, President Trump is engaging in other regions, developing new partnerships, securing investments, negotiating new agreements, and implementing an agenda for U.S. independence, economic resilience, and energy dominance to safeguard our nation from future threats and challenges.
