In order to reduce that tax burden, we need to first eradicate all the fraud & waste. The city must be responsible with your hard-earned tax dollars. Karen Basura and the city council are so bad at managing your tax money, the LAFD has to petition for their own sales tax hike just to fund the fire department. California should be making it easier for people to succeed not harder. Lower taxes mean more take home pay more spending and a stronger economy. Instead LA keeps raising fees that hit working families the hardest. That’s not the path to prosperity.
