Hi @ScotRail i bought a ticket for the 18.39 Ayr to Glasgow. Then had a message to say it's been cancelled due to signalling issues. So i requested a refund and booked a taxi. Now on taxi I get a message to say the 18.39 has been reinstated. Would you like to pay my taxi fare?
