They publicly executed Him. Sealed His tomb shut. Death took its best shot, but not even the grave could contain Him. The reason is because death had no claim on Him. And through His resurrection, death lost its claim on you, too. Praise the God who lives and saves.

@MattGebert1 Great stuff. What time ranges or average do you find with the 2yd build Fly 10? I’m curious because at one gym I train at I use a 5yd build fly 10 with my athletes because of space restrictions.

If you want to know why this Communist is opposing RFK Jr.‘s confirmation…just know that Senator Wyden took 1.5 MILLION DOLLARS from the Healthcare Industrial Complex.

RFK Jr is not up against the Senate. He’s fighting… Pfizer Eli Lilly AstraZeneca Johnson & Johnson Merk Coca-Cola Nestle Kellogg Kraft Heinz Etc RFK Jr is fighting the companies that make us sick and the drugs they throw at us once they’ve made us sick. The Senators just happen to be bought and paid for by those same companies. We are going to find out which senators, regardless of party affiliation, are going to put their constituents over the major corporations. The next few days are going to be very enlightening. Confirm RFK Jr!

How is the US GOVERNMENT running out of money for Hurricane Helene victims?! They were able to find $63.1 BILLION and counting for Ukraine. FEMA spent over a BILLION on illegal immigrants. But the Americans in Appalachia? $750 bucks. THIS IS AN INSULT.

A few ACL Q's and Observations The ACL is protected when there is more knee flexion - yet we commonly train "landing mechanics" in stiff extended positions? When an ACL is ruptured during a cut, a large reason is the excess load (strongly related to GRF). So why spend more time coaching outside foot cutting than other step skills like inside leg braking to reduce the load where needed? If an ACL is ruptured in a COD but more knee flexion and less GRF were likely to protect it then why is a greater portion of training about plyometrics and concentric strength then yielding and eccentric strength? If a significant portion of ACL ruptures come from COD actions, why does the average prevention plan have no COD skill development? Other than the limited outside foot cutting stuff

Why sprint so much? (2-3 times a week, less than ten total sprints spiked up and timed per week) ⚡️ The obvious... improve max velocity. (Raise the ceiling of speed.) ⚡️ The not so obvious... improve efficiency by hardwiring good sprint habits. (Raise the floor of speed.)

I can't stop thinking about this question: Are you willing to sprint when the distance is unknown? In 2021, Georgia Tech strength coach Lewis Caralla delivered this epic speech to the football team. If it doesn't get you motivated, you may need to check your pulse... He opens with a few harsh truths: • Winning isn't loyal to you • Winning doesn't care about you • Winning doesn't care how sore you are • Winning doesn't care how hard you work • Winning doesn't care how much sleep you get But it's his question that stuck with me: Are you willing to sprint when the distance is unknown? The willingness to sprint with no clear view of the finish line is rare. It requires two things: 1. A deep belief in one's self 2. A deep belief in the mission If you have 1 but not 2, you won't be able to do it. If you have 2 but not 1, you won't be able to do it. You need both. In my observation, the greatest things in life are accomplished when you're willing to sprint when the distance is unknown: The sprint to care for your loved ones in their time of need. The sprint to build something meaningful. The sprint to serve others and create positive ripples in the world. Goal: Find those rare things in life that you're willing to sprint for when the distance is unknown. That, to me, is the definition of winning. "And why chase winning? Because the only thing that's guaranteed in life if you don't chase it is losing."

Can you imagine how much more improvement a 12 year old will get with speed over years of doing high knees, butt kicks, and skips correctly instead of wrong year after year? (Inspired by @missyMmcbeth). Program drills together in a correct order to stress appropriate form.
