Cardano...... #cardano #drep

Cardano node diversity just got a new contender. I have a lot of respect for the work teams at @blinklabs_io and @Amaru_Cardano. But they are not the only ones building. After a month of nonstop development — often 17 hours a day — an independent, unfunded project has quietly taken shape. Meet TSUNAGI. An independent Cardano node architecture written entirely in Zig. No grants. No institutional funding. Just engineering. The site is now live: tsunagi.tech If this kind of independent infrastructure matters to you, support through the TSUNA stake pool or $tsunagi helps sustain the work. Let It Run. Let It Resolve. #Cardano #CardanoDev #CardanoCommunity #Tsunagi #MadeInJapan

#Cardano

I focused on how factors such as participation rates in governance actions, Records, the ratio of YES/NO voters and delegated stake, and the decision-making behavior of dReps holding 1% or more of delegation (and thus meaningful influence) affect Cardano’s overall governance outcomes. My motivation was not to judge the merits of individual governance actions, but to analyze the governance structure itself and explore whether dRep tendencies could be reasonably identified or predicted from it. Although the sample size is limited, this began as a spontaneous initiative, so I used the most recent nine governance actions as an initial dataset. I relied on @Nomos_guild as my data source, as it provides clear visualizations and structured analyses of individual governance actions. I analyzed and quantified factors such as the number of dReps, participation-rate trends, consistently participating dReps, the number of Record submissions, and the classification of continuous participants (for example, community-based or corporate-affiliated). I expected this approach to reveal certain patterns. Some data points were counted manually. While individual dRep delegation amounts and overall voting ratios are typically shown in terms of stake weight, I could not easily find clear information on the number of voters across several reference sites. Cardano is generally considered decentralized at the chain or stake-pool level, for example when evaluated using the Nakamoto coefficient. However, I wanted to examine decentralization from another perspective: dRep decentralization. By applying metrics such as Fit20, the Gini coefficient, and the Nakamoto index to dRep decentralization, my core question is straightforward: while Cardano as a chain may be well decentralized, how decentralized are the dReps who actually make governance decisions? Through this analysis, I hope to explore whether there are structural ways to further improve decentralization. Discussions around dRep rewards also exist, and deeper analysis of governance structures and tendencies could provide broader perspectives and better inputs for decision-making. #cardano #ADA #drep

EXCITED TO LAUNCH! ScrapNFT.fun - Turn Your Dead NFTs Into Gold We all have them. Those NFTs sitting in our wallets from 2021, 2022, 2023 - projects that rugged, collections that never took off, free mints that went nowhere. They're digital clutter. Worthless pixels collecting dust. Until now. ScrapNFT.fun is the world's first NFT recycling protocol on Solana. We're building the junkyard of Web3 - and it's beautiful. Here's the deal: Connect your wallet, select any NFTs minted before December 31, 2025, pay a small $5 fee per 10 NFTs, and we give you $SCRAP tokens with a vesting schedule. Want a bigger allocation? Contribute extra SOL and boost your position. Why this matters: The problem is massive - There are BILLIONS of dead NFTs across Solana. Every wallet has them. Zero utility, zero value, just sitting there. We create value from nothing - We are literally turning trash into treasure. Those forgotten jpegs? Now they're your ticket to the $SCRAP ecosystem. The tokenomics are genius - Vested tokens mean holders are aligned long-term. The contribution mechanism creates a natural price discovery for the presale. The branding is unforgettable - Bubblegum colors, toxic waste vibes, scrapyard aesthetics. This isn't another boring DeFi protocol. This is FUN. We are not just building a product. We're building a movement. Every dead NFT is a potential $SCRAP holder. Every rugged community is our customer. Welcome to the scrapyard. Let's turn your trash into treasure. Built entirely with @TryNoahAI , follow @scrapnft_fun

What happened during the recent Cardano mainnet recovery made me deeply reflect on the relationship between leadership and decentralization. Decentralization does not mean “no leadership.” It means the community has choices — and within those choices, individuals or teams must sometimes take initiative. A decentralized network still requires leadership, and the community must be willing to accept that leadership when it benefits network health. This incident also demonstrated that, when it comes to network maintenance and protection, the three founding entities can coordinate effectively and act decisively. That’s an important proof of capability. On the other hand, the scope of the decentralized budget is currently too broad, and that breadth continually generates unnecessary conflict. Everyone is trying to pull from the same Treasury for wildly different purposes — and that creates political friction rather than ecosystem growth. If we limit Treasury use to protocol maintenance and development, we can eliminate much of this noise. Each part of the ecosystem could focus on its actual work instead of fighting over budget allocation. I believe this is the direction Cardano needs: decentralized choice + accepted leadership + focused Treasury = a healthier ecosystem.
Intersect@IntersectMBO

Whenever something unexpected happens, the usual rumours and hot takes start flying. Let’s ground everything in clear facts instead of noise. Yes, this was a serious incident. But the network demonstrated its resilience, stayed online, and the ecosystem responded with speed and professionalism. And importantly, this wasn’t a random “vibe coder” accident: it was a deliberately crafted transaction by a technically knowledgeable individual. Here are the myths vs facts everyone should know 🧵 Cc @wabdoteth @nikzh @gnarleyjs @AThrouvalas @Danheld @mert @nic_carter

This may look awkward to you, but to me it symbolises the next generation of blockchains and finally leaving all the baggage and negativity of Cardano behind. It’s time for a new start, with a new treasury and hundreds of millions to spend on parties and announcement partnerships. Who is with me!
