@FedExHelp I’ve been waiting for days for my package to get delivered but everyday it says can’t be delivered due to local restriction. No local restrictions exist and I’ve got packages from every other carrier without issue. Clearly the driver isn’t taking the time to deliver.

@PITairport what are the options for dropping off/picking up passenger who is handicapped? I see daily parking rate of $7 if have plate/pass but what about just short term drop off/pick up?
