105–1. That was the vote in the SC House for the Parental Bill of Rights. Parents across South Carolina are asking the Senate to finish the job. Children belong to families — not the government. wistv.com/2026/03/12/sc-…

Way to go Kentucky! Thx Rep. @MattLockettKY & KY leg. for total support of HB227, a landmark bill to protect minors from social media harms. “Our children and the next generation—they’re not experiments. Their minds are not commodities to be profited off” - @Chelsey_Youman. Truth

The Pregnancy Center Autonomy and Rights of Expression Act is so important to protect the life-affirming mission and work of pregnancy centers. It was an honor to speak on HB3 at the bill signing ceremony.

Students should be able to participate in their educational experience on the same terms as their classmates without fear of discrimination based on their constitutionally protected speech. HB159-Safeguarding personal expression at K-12 schools passed 3rd reading in the House!

Amazing news for Kansas women and girls! The Legislature just overrode the Governor's veto of #SB244, legislation that protects privacy for women & girls. "Women's privacy is now the law of the land in Kansas, and we are so grateful for that." -@DougRichey Common sense prevails!

“Women and girls shouldn’t be forced to sacrifice their privacy and safety in the name of promoting gender ideology. Allowing men to invade women’s most intimate spaces—including changing rooms and restrooms—compromises their dignity. SB 244 ensures that the private spaces of women and girls in government buildings are not open to men. It rightly prioritizes privacy and safety over ideology. We commend the strong leadership of House and Senate leadership, Rep. Susan Humphries, Rep. Bob Lewis, and Kansas Family Voice for standing up for women and young girls across the state.” adflegal.org/press-release/…

Great to see legislators in the Wyoming House of Representatives agree that protecting the life saving work of Wyoming Pregnancy Resource Centers matters. HB3 passed 3rd reading and now moves forward to the Senate!

By a 53-16-1 vote, the Idaho House passed a bill (H 557) that would preempt local ordinances that go beyond the Idaho Human Rights Act. About a dozen local jurisdictions have enacted ordinances that impose gender ideology on employers, housing providers, & public accommodations.

Sr. Counsel @GregBaylor of @ADFLegal testifying in Idaho on the need for states to push back against local ordinances threatening the privacy and safety of women and girls in sex-separated spaces and athletics, and undermining the rights of conscience for medical professionals.

Here's a short video re my testimony before the Idaho House Local Government Committee on H 557, which would address local ordinances that elevate gender identity, gender expression, and sexual orientation to protected class status. @Adflegal
