@Cryptomator Why does file names of files that are encrypted with cryptomator in onedrive show the actual file name in the onedrive folder. If the file name is encrypted, should it not be scrambled.

@onedrive where can we get help. Why when I delete 2 or 3 cloud files on my computer, whole folders (not associated with the deleted files)stored in the cloud are deleted.

@ProtonDrive Adding a built-in doc scanner would be great. To avoid storing doc locally.

@Cryptomator Hello. If we save a copy of the master key and master key back up for a specific vault would we be able to get in with them if the master key in that vault folder gets deleted. Do the master keys ever change besides when the password is changed?

Issue starts w/ overseas agent & the language barrier which is root cause of issue. I would like a phone call from a higher up or manager.
