I wouldn't pay any receiver this kind of money, but if you're going to, JSN would be one of the few who'd be worth it. It also helps when your Super Bowl-winning quarterback is making about half of what the top QBs are earning. Just a reminder, the Gutester drafted LVN over JSN.

I want to be abundantly clear with my view of this team Laf and Gabe producing are fun, I want them to build chemistry over next 2-3 years But I am not changing my stance on what I want them to do, this team should still sell veteran pieces off and enter a rebuild Gabe and Laf are young, rebuild correctly and you should have a 28 year old Laf and a 24 year old Gabe prime and ready to contend in 2030 along with a line of elite prospects ready to go. Then we start buying and trading If you rush it with a Tuch signing or trading our Top 10 pick for a vet, you are just delaying the inevitable This has to be done organically. A couple wins against a very weak schedule doesn’t change my mind on that Let’s just hope Gabe and Laf keep developing and we get some lottery luck #NYR

Let me explain what just happened 👇 5 minutes before the President announced a halt to attacks on Iran… someone placed a $1.5 BILLION bet on stocks going up and dumped $192 million in oil. 5 minutes… These trades were 4 to 6 times larger than anything else in the entire market. Whoever did this wasn’t guessing. You don’t risk $1.5 billion on a hunch. There was zero public indication this announcement was coming. No leaks. No press. Nothing. The only people who knew were in the room when the decision was made. Someone in that room picked up a phone. And within minutes they made more money than most Americans will earn in a thousand lifetimes. In a single trade. On a war that cost you $4+ a gallon gas and $16 billion in tax dollars. American citizens funded this war. Politicians are profiting from it. This is not the first time. Every major announcement from this administration has had massive suspicious trades right before it dropped. Tariff reversals. Policy shifts. War decisions. This is the most blatant insider trading operation in the history of American politics. It’s not even close. And it’s happening over and over in broad daylight. You would go to federal prison for trading on a tip from your cousin. These people are front running war decisions with billion dollar bets and nobody will ever ask a single question. Nobody will be investigated. Nobody will be charged. By tomorrow this will be buried under the next satisfying headline. Just like last time. And the time before that. The game is rigged. And they’re not even trying to hide it anymore…

And the #NYR, with 39 periods of hockey left to go: -- Lafrenière's emergence during this dead period will be good, you'd think, for his confidence going forward. Same for Perreault and even for Mika, who could be an 80-point guy on a team that doesn't score goals. -- Having said that, does that line solidifying into something promising for next season make the idea of moving Trocheck more intriguing or less? JT Miller -- who should burn every bit of equipment from this cursed season -- is a solid No. 2 center when healthy. Is Trocheck a bit redundant? Especially considering he could still fetch some good assets around the draft. -- Still need a productive middle-six/PP2 winger there if Miller slides to the middle. Patty Kane's a pending UFA, btw. -- I know you'd need to find a solid replacement for him but I'd be heavily in favor of a Schneider trade this offseason. We're hitting change-of-scenery time with him and he's got trade value. -- Shesterkin is 7th in the league in GSAx this season, somehow.
