United States citizens have a right to representation, NOT illegal aliens. United States citizens should decide electoral votes and congressional seats, NOT illegal aliens.   We are suing @uscensusbureau for unconstitutionally allowing illegal aliens to commandeer the path to The White House and compromise our elections.

Taxpayer dollars should never be used to instruct the courts to favor parents who are in denial of biological reality. We have joined a coalition of states requesting that the DOJ withdraw federal funding from organizations that are indoctrinating judges into radical gender ideology.

It was great to speak with members of @TheMPA about our office’s lawsuits holding PBMs to account for their insulin pricing scheme and taking on CBD American Shaman for the harms of its dangerous 7-OH products. We will continue fighting market manipulation and safeguarding consumers.

Any organization openly denying the right to fair and equal protection under the law will be held accountable. We are glad the DOJ is joining to stop MSHSAA’s blatant discrimination on the basis of race and sex.

Time’s up. Today marks St. Charles County’s deadline to remove illegal slot machines. Our office will back Prosecutor McCulloch as he enforces the law against those who have not removed these illegal gaming devices.

Statewide school wastewater testing has confirmed the presence of nitazenes, a dangerous synthetic opioid, in communities across our state. Nitazenes—which can be 5 to 10 times more potent than fentanyl—have recently been identified in counterfeit pills, powders, unregulated cannabis products, and vapes, often without the user’s knowledge. As a mom, I believe we owe it to our communities to be honest about 7-OH. Over-the-counter opioids are not harmless, they are devastating Missouri families.

Our Office will always stand up for equal treatment under the law. ⬇️ The New Jersey Bar Association reserves leadership board seats for certain preferred racial groups and denied Mr. Rajeh Saadeh a seat because of this “diversity” quota. Missouri is joining a SCOTUS brief opposing this unlawful race-based discrimination.
