I suggest lowering the required effort and the value of the entire reward structure to a level suitable for your company, after studying the monthly patterns. Smaller achievable goals are much more satisfying than bigger unachievable ones for most of the subscribed player base. The Faceit team must have enough data by now on where players usually land on average at the end of each month on the reward ladder. I suggest using that as the base value and increasing the difficulty to a challenging level to eliminate casual players, but not as extremely as now, where it eliminates a very large portion. It is fair at the moment, this is not about fairness. Players who play the required amount are rewarded accordingly. This is about bringing the nice reward ladder feature to life. Ultimately, the main service players pay for is a competitive platform, and you do that very well; this reward ladder is just a nice bonus you provide. 💯👍

@iFr4cs @AHMDSJ13 @FACEITcs We have tried to make the mission structure more interesting with e.g. tokens that allow you stand in for League and profile cosmetics. What do you think would be a fairer amount of effort to unlock what values of rewards though?

Monthly missions now feature two prize tiers. All players complete the same challenges. Free rewards are available along the path, while Premium unlocks higher values and exclusive cosmetics. Upgrade anytime to receive Premium rewards for progress already made.

According to Faceit, the older you are, the most likely you are to be toxic in CS2, until you mellow out at 34. WarOwl's first law of Counter-Strike: The better you are at Counter-Strike, the more toxic you are. I think what's more shocking is that they banned over 150,000 people for 'toxicity' in a year. @ThourCS2 I play alot of premier for the season pass AK, and have 2.7k on faceit. I say cs2 has way less cheaters than csgo, csgo had way less cheaters than source, and 1.6 was not even playable unless lan or tournaments.

4000 elo is around level 9 in CS:GO terms. 2500 elo CS:GO players are around rank 3-5 FPL CS2 players. Sad truth about the state of the game.
