The U.S. pays more to the @UN than any other country, often more than the next 2–3 countries combined.
But when push comes to shove, we’re standing alone anyway.
So where's the return on all that money and do you agree that it's time to get out?

English

@JonnyRoot_ Probably shouldn't have championed schools paying athletes then.

The transfer portal is a MASSIVE problem…
There is a stunning lack of roster continuity in college sports nowadays.
Michigan won the National Championship with an entire starting 5 of transfers.
On Senior night in the SEC, there was one senior who stayed at their original college all four or five years.
About 2% (25 total) of all college basketball athletes stayed at their schools 4-5 years.
This is an outrageous number, and showcases exactly why college sports need serious overhaul in order to protect the games we love.

English

@GrahamAllen So Republicans wasting more and more money. Got it.

🚨 JUSTICE HAS BEEN SERVED — GOD IS MOVING! 🔥
Jaden Ivey was fired from the Chicago Bulls simply for stating his opinions and standing on what he believes.
But God doesn’t play about His anointed.
As a result, the GM and VP of the Bulls have now been fired!
Touch not My anointed, says the Lord.
God is with Jaden Ivey. What was meant for evil, God is turning for good. The same God who protected David is protecting His own today.
This is poetic justice straight from heaven. When you stand for truth, heaven backs you up.
Never be ashamed to speak what God puts on your heart — even in the NBA.
Who else sees the hand of God in this? 🙌

Yes, the U.S. federal budget deficit has shrunk modestly in recent periods, though it remains very large.
- Fiscal Year 2025 (ended Sept. 30, 2025): The deficit totaled $1.78–1.8 trillion, a decrease of about $41 billion (roughly 2%) from FY 2024, according to the U.S. Treasury and Congressional Budget Office (CBO). Revenues grew faster than outlays.
Now we shall see if Trump can continue that trend if Congress and the stupid Democrats stop trying to stop everything he tries to do with law suits.
English

If you're feeling betrayed by Trump, ask yourself:
1. Were you actually listening, or just hearing what you wanted?
2. Did you think he was running solely for your personal wishlist?
3. He was elected for four years, not one.
4. Many "supporters" aren't ready for genuine change, they just wanted a slightly improved version of the status quo.
We got the same Trump we voted for which is the one working hard to Make America Great Again.
English

@MAGAMAHACindy @EunuchEthiopian And yet the deficit has increased so no,the government hasnot shrunk.
English

You can verify this anytime.
Yes, the federal civilian workforce has decreased substantially since President Trump took office on January 20, 2025.
Official data from the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM), Pew Research Center, and the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) show a net reduction of roughly 220,000–272,000 federal civilian employees through late 2025/early 2026, equating to about a 9–12% drop.
Key figures include:
- OPM data: A net decrease of -271,825 federal employees since January 20, 2025, driven by hiring freezes, early retirement incentives, reductions in force, and the Deferred Resignation Program.
- Pew Research Center analysis: The federal workforce shrank by 10.3% in 2025 (nearly 238,000 workers lost). Separations jumped sharply while new hires fell significantly.
- BLS payroll data: Federal government employment has continued declining monthly into 2026. Since its peak in late 2024, it's down by over 350,000 (around 11–12%), reaching some of the lowest levels in decades.
Reductions affected nearly all major agencies, with steeper cuts at targeted ones like the Departments of Education, Agriculture, and USAID. Mechanisms included hiring freezes, voluntary exits via buyouts and deferred resignation, early retirements, and some reorganizations.
This reversed prior growth and aligns with the administration's goals of reducing bureaucracy and improving efficiency through efforts associated with the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE).
In short, yes—federal government jobs have decreased markedly under the current administration.
English

@EunuchEthiopian Biden? Trump believes in smaller Government and has been decreasing Government jobs.
English

@JayTC53 So Iran got everything they wanted and you think that means they caved?
English

@JayTC53 Yeah, except it's the other way around. The US.accepted Iran's 10 points. 10 points that earlier in the day trump said were unacceptable
English

@bonchieredstate No, it's a game to trump. You don't make threats like that. No sane leader should or would.
English

@Shadow007US So they've been a month away from a bomb for over 30 years? Sounds like the Intel wasn't right then now doesnt it.
English

I just got off the phone with someone who works in defense policy in Washington. What they told me should end every "Trump is reckless" argument permanently.
"Every single president since Clinton received the same intelligence briefing on Iran's nuclear timeline. Every single one was told the window was closing. Every single one chose to kick it down the road because the political cost of acting was higher than the political cost of waiting."
Trump got the same briefing. 60kg of 90% enriched uranium. 4 weeks to breakout. Material for 2 bombs.
He chose to act knowing it would tank his approval to 35%.
He chose to act knowing his own base would split.
He chose to act knowing NATO allies would refuse to help.
He chose to act knowing gas prices would spike.
A senior analyst I know at a major think tank put it this way: "The difference between Trump and every president before him isn't intelligence. They all had the same data. The difference is courage."
Read that again.
Every president had the same file on their desk. Only one opened it and did something.
I'll keep you updated. Turn on notifications. 🚨

English

Yes I would, but it wouldn’t bother me at all if they put one up in Iran, Iraq, Yemen, Syria. Get the difference? Each country has its own culture. When cultures collide the home country rules. Cami go yo Iran and say the call to prayer is offensive to me as Christian and demand they stop? Assimilate or move.
English

@Shadow007US It's performative. He doesn't gove a shit beyond keeping the rubes on his side.
English

@leeeeee_1985 TRUMP WAS RIGHT! At the end of the day, every knee will bow!
English

People that are pissed off at Trump supporters don’t get it. The loyalty we have towards him he’s earned since 2016.
We’ve watched people jump ship and come crawling back on time and time again we aren’t phased by people calling us names and insulting us. We are used to the severe TDS that plagues this country.
I’d make a bet that when everything is all said and done people will be saying “Trump was right” after all. Bookmark it.
English

@SenRickScott No he doesn't. If he did the deficit would increase every year.
English

@AIPChristina @incredibledude9 @NauniNyx @TheChiefNerd Watched it with my own eyes. Take your gaslight bullshit somewhere else.
