@hive_echo @hive_echo your last two youtube videos were pure 🔥 🙌

Second week was a bit slow but I did take a day and a half off to rejuvenate. Lets do more in the 3rd week 🚀
Projects I worked on the second week below 👇

echo.hive@hive_echo
I started the second week a little slower but also haven’t taken any days off. I am realizing that the more I think of an idea the more complex it becomes in my head and harder to begin it. Better to just start coding it. I also just realized that I started this on a Wednesday lol. No plan really just started it.

@joaomdmoura CrewAI look at this CSV, understand it, and then conduct research, read / write and complete the tables autonomously with a local LLM ---- This would make it incredibly useful for millions of employees who mostly spend their days doing research + data entry.

@adrian_horning_ Loved it - just learned about running scripts in the console. Thanks man that just upped my scraping ability by so much. Amazing content.

@hive_echo @hive_echo this is great - branding / copy could use work. Low trust in the results initially, had to test a few times to make sure it was consistent, Need to convince the user before they try it. Would love to see a few stats of how the results compare to human response.

I will never understand why my app idea “askaipeople” was a total bust.
If it was my only chance, I would have bet with huge confidence on it.
It basically allows to run polls with AI generated virtual people.
Goes to show predicting what will work and not is extremely difficult. At least for me.
Better to keep building and increase the surface area of luck.
I still really like it and might redo it with some ideas I have. Link 👇

How have you used AI to write code?
bonus points if you're non-technical

What tips do you have for non-technical people wanting to use AI to write code?

@DannyMagazu That’s awesome man - respects for sharing the process.
Crazy to see cold dms working in 2024!

A vital aspect of getting new clients is having multiple lead generation sources.
I added 3 new clients to my business this weekend from 3 different sources.
Here’s where the 3 leads came from and 3 pieces of advice:
The first came from a referral from a current client.
Advice: don’t be afraid to ask your current clients for referrals.
The next came from a cold Instagram outreach campaign.
Advice: set up automated cold outreach.
The third came from my personal network.
Advice: Don’t be afraid to see if your service can be of help to people you already know.
I tell everyone who wants to sign up for Ride The Wave that our service is not intended to be your main source of leads but instead a new source of leads to add to your existing systems.
More systems = mores customers.

@joaomdmoura A Marketing Ads Research Crew
Tell them what your product is that you want to advertise
They do analysis on product benefits and target audience needs
They find competitors
They find the competitors ads
They collect and analyze the best ads for a product + concepts to copy
English

@joaomdmoura A e-commerce review analyzing crew. Provide a product name and the team will search far and wide for real reviews and will collect and analyze and provide a deep analysis to help product development and customer research.
English

@joaomdmoura A lead magnet crew that researches a business, does deep analysis of target audience, creates ideas for lead magnets, creates them.
English

@joaomdmoura A crew that builds crews to complete tasks. You pass your to do list - they create the crew, the tasks, the process, they run it.
English

@joaomdmoura The ability to read and write csv files - the ability to throw a csv into a folder and have the team analyze and complete it …. Example would be review this csv for a an e-commerce directory in building —- fill in each column one by one by doing research / review.

Also, considering this availability: the free labs.perplexity.ai is good value prop over free chatgpt3. You get web browsing (online models), way better models than 3.5-turbo for chat (mistral, mixtral, pplx), more neutral and less moralizing models, and a close-to-gpt-4 model (mistral medium). Enjoy!
Aravind Srinivas@AravSrinivas
The closest non-OpenAI model to GPT-4, Mistral Medium, is available, for you, for free, in chat mode, to try on: labs.perplexity.ai

@MatthewBerman @Thrasher66099 @hellokillian Can you use another llm api like… together or relevance api?
English

@Thrasher66099 @hellokillian You can use OpenAI or a fully local model with LMStudio
English

Open Interpreter is like ChatGPT Code Interpreter, but you can run it locally on your computer, and it is 100% open-source.
Write and execute code, analyze data, control your computer, and more.
Great work @hellokillian
Here's how to install and use it:
