Decorum is important for sure. Just something to think about: Maybe it's better to let kids run around , goof off with their friends , and form a positive association with attending a house of worship... ...rather than scolding them for doing so , and forming a negative association.

We wouldn't have time to get the sacrament passed in a 25min Sacrament meeting in my ward. To shorten it, ditch the intermediate hymn, have only one youth speaker (5min) and one adult (10 min) or just one adult (15 min) and you can get it down to 45 min. But then you have to be quicker on Fast Sundays.

I won’t be surprised if we see 25 min Sacrament 25 min Sunday School 25 min Elders Quorom/Relief Society Here soon

@MidwesternSaint @TrentRead @collinsworth55 Personally I disagree but I’m down with whatever happens. Having lived in several small branches and things sometimes members forget this is a worldwide church and having 2 to 3 speakers every week in a branch of 23 people can get interesting.

@collinsworth55 It takes us about 25 minutes to get through opening song, prayer, announcements, sustainings, releases, and passing the sacrament. So 50 minutes for sacrament meeting could work. 25 doesn’t.

Just go back to 3 hour church or shorten sacrament meeting if you want to meet each class/quorum each week… 25 minutes isn’t enough to have a real meaningful lesson in either class.

A reckoning is about to happen. Buyers can’t afford to overpay for low quality McMansions any more. The days of offering $50,000 above listing for a very average house are gone. And they should be.
