I don’t think it was done specifically for the WC but that probably had some impact. I think it officially rolled out last August but I could be a little off on that

Those countries have had an issue with overstaying their visas in the past so the bond just ensures their incentive to obey laws and leave before the visa expires

He played 31 total matches on season with PSG, that was the only time he was > 30. The Barca years were so good though

@thearsfamily97 I do agree with your point about exposure. It is also true that that the # of open play goals per match has gone down compared to prior seasons & we also had exposure to all the games. The inconsistency of VAR also slows the game & hurts the overall viewing experience.
