Very engaging and productive exchange today with the #Ambassadors of the European Union Member States in Albania. Struga is a great example, Red is majority Macedonian, city of Struga is over 50% Macedonian yet the municipality is not because of the 2004 US sponsored gerrymandering of internal borders
