@UbHumble @jaimehorenstein @LibertyMutual They refused my 80 yr. Old mothers hail claim. Said no visible damage to her roof as water is pouring in to her living room. @LibertyMutual is the worst insurance company there is. They sent a 20 yr. old adjuster who barely knows how to drive.

@jaimehorenstein @LibertyMutual I thought I was the only one going through these issues with @LibertyMutual but I see that's how the company is as a whole. The claim reps and presidential team are horrible.
