This one is a mixed bag. While it is true that @RepAndyHarrisMD needs to limit himself to mis-managing his own unfortunate constituents, he is also almost singlehandedly responsible for how easy it is to get pot in DC & Maryland. Just remember to send him a thank u note on 4/20.

Periodic reminder that @RepAndyHarrisMD, by sticking his grubby fingers into DC public policy (for clout, bc he was bored, maybe he lost a bet, who knows), hamstrung local governance & ensured that unregulated pot would proliferate throughout the District.
