The footage here is basically everything I could have hoped for. It's still clearly Virtua Fighter while doing a bunch of new stuff presentation wise that looks fresh and exciting. The true king of 3D fighters is back and everything is going to be OK ✊️🥹

@infinlight2006 @strangelylucid @Kotaku Marathon's approach to the genre is very different from Arcs. From progression, to map design, to classes, to gear, to pve, to end game, and especially to pvp.

The issue is It's not bad or broken. The problem is people are tired of the same live service game over and over. Oversaturating the Industry. Live service games like these require you to spend and play like a daily. Now that wouldn't be an issue if their one or two but theirs hundreds. And with arc raiders still available the question becomes why should I play Marathon over arc raiders.

@geoffkeighley Marathon is great. Im just glad they got to make a game that THEY wanted to play themselves. I understand it not doing gangbusters for Sony being a problem, but I would rather have Marathon than another streamlined game that treats you like an idiot. Please keep Marathon online
